Standard Telly Package
$145
Includes travel in Western Bay of Plenty (Waihi to Te Puna). Typical services include:
- Perform TV tune-in, connect and check Sky box, DVD player, Apple TV etc, check Wifi speeds, set-up TV internet connection.
- Set-up your streaming services (Netflix, Neon, Spark Sport, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, YouTube etc).
- Provide easy and personalised explanation and guidance on use.
This package may be all you need.
Full Telly Package
$195
Includes travel in Western Bay of Plenty (Waihi to Te Puna). Everything in the Standard Telly Package plus:
- Home Wifi coverage survey (and offer of solutions on how to improve coverage).
- Set-up your streaming services on phones and tablets.
- Set-up sound-bar if you have one.
Home Theatre Package
$390
Includes travel in Western Bay of Plenty (Waihi to Te Puna).
Home Theatre system optimisation and calibration. Including:
- Component siting recommendation.
- Proper connectivity check-up.
- Audio level calibration, distance settings and bass management setup.
- Projector or panel display calibration.
Hourly Rate
$80
To perform specific services (e.g. training, troubleshooting, TV tune-in, Wifi issues).
- Note the travel required (Waihi to Te Puna) is chargeable at the hourly rate.
